Welcome to RemLab Studios. By visiting our store and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. Please read them carefully before using our store.

2. Products All original artwork sold through RemLab Studios is one-of-a-kind and final sale. Print products are made to order through our fulfillment partner and may not be returned except in cases of damage or defect (see our Refund Policy).

3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of RemLab Studios. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork without prior written permission from RemLab Studios.

4. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery We ship to Canada and internationally. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and whether your order contains original artwork or print products. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. RemLab Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

7. Accuracy of Information We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations in color are inherent to both digital displays and the printing process.

8. Limitation of Liability RemLab Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
