Thank you for shopping with RemLab Studios! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship our products.
Order Processing
- Original artwork — processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase
- Print orders — processed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner, Gelato, within 2–5 business days depending on the product and your location
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timelines vary by destination and product type:
- Canada — 3–7 business days for prints; 5–10 business days for originals
- United States — 5–10 business days
- International — 10–20 business days depending on destination
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Carriers Print orders are shipped via Gelato's network of local print partners, which helps reduce shipping distances and delivery times. Original artwork is shipped via Canada Post or a comparable carrier with tracking provided.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. RemLab Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at tina@remlabstudios.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If a reshipment is required, additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
