Return and Refund Policy

Original Artwork — Final Sale All original artwork is final sale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on original artwork purchases.

Print Orders — Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at tina@remlabstudios.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please note that our prints are made to order and personalized for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects.

Color Variations Our prints are produced using professional-grade equipment and processes. Minor color variations between what you see on screen and the final printed product are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

Lost Orders If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at tina@remlabstudios.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or packages that go unclaimed. If a new order is required, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
